Customer experiences indicated original tank design was prone to leaking and excessive rust thereby causing premature failure. Our tanks avoid this problem.
(PRWEB) February 16, 2010
Cleveland, OH Cleveland Tank's new FL series diesel fuel tanks are designed to replace the originals where the steps were bolted into the tank on the popular FL60, FL70, FL80, and FL106 series trucks. Available for immediate shipment, Cleveland Tank's models eliminate the through-bolt into the tank interior of the original models.
These D.O.T. certified rectangular diesel fuel tanks fit many of the more popular Freightliner class 6 and 7 midsized trucks, and can be shipped same day, with overnight or second day delivery to most of the U.S and Canada. The fuel tanks ship with new straps with step mounting brackets and new insulators for the straps and tanks.
According to Rich Ferris, general manager of Cleveland Tank & Supply, Inc., “Customer experiences indicated original tank design was prone to leaking and excessive rust thereby causing premature failure. Our tanks avoid this problem.”
The new line of tanks compliment existing offerings designed to provide aftermarket replacement tanks for International Harvester, General Motors, Ford, and Sterling applications.
Cleveland Tank strives to be the one-stop supplier for all related fuel tank needs including mounting brackets, straps, anti-chafing rubber insulator, anti-siphon devices, fuel caps, sending units and gauges for these and other tanks.
Cleveland Tank can also design a certified tank to the user's specifications to provide the greatest fuel payload within the available tank space. Fill neck, anti-siphon, sight gauges, drain check valves, sumps, draw tube(s), fuel return, vents and drain fittings can all be oriented to deliver the best solution for the customer's fuel delivery needs.
