to The GMarie Group
GMarie Group Will Be Partner to Flypaper Studio and Use the Flypaper
Application for Interactive Content Creation

Flypaper Studio, Inc., an
innovator in interactive content software that changes the way people
sell and market on the web, announces the sale of their e-Learning
services business to The GMarie Group, a developer of corporate training
and performance solutions. The acquisition includes the entire services
team at Flypaper Studio, Inc., which will bring the size of The GMarie
Group up to 25 employees. The GMarie Group is a leader in the analysis,
design, development, implementation and evaluation of custom learning
solutions.

advanced content creation services for e-Learning and corporate
communications. Interactive Alchemy has worked with large corporations

presentations and other rich media content on the Web without requiring
programming skills.
The merger took effect on June 23rd. Details
are not being disclosed publicly.
