Flypaper Studio, Inc., an innovator in interactive content software that changes the way people sell and market on the web, announces the sale of their e-Learning services business to The GMarie Group, a developer of corporate training and performance solutions. The acquisition includes the entire services team at Flypaper Studio, Inc., which will bring the size of The GMarie Group up to 25 employees. The GMarie Group is a leader in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of custom learning solutions.

The GMarie Group has over 12 years of experience providing custom training solutions that drive employee performance results for companies of all sizes. Flypaper Studio originally started as Interactive Alchemy, a services organization that creates Web-based marketing and training content for Fortune 1000 clients. The company was founded by Don Pierson in 2003, and by 2007 the Flypaper solution had emerged. At that point, the company changed their name and focus, but continued to offer advanced content creation services for e-Learning and corporate communications. Interactive Alchemy has worked with large corporations throughout the country, such Vonage and Qimonda, on developing corporate training and e-Learning content.

The GMarie Group will be the inaugural Flypaper Producer Partner after the merger, and leading part of a new program that gives Flypaper users access to hundreds of professionals for advanced content creation. The Flypaper application allows sales, marketing and training professionals to easily create, edit and share high-impact, Flash-quality presentations and other rich media content on the Web without requiring programming skills.

The merger took effect on June 23rd. Details are not being disclosed publicly.
