Wardlaw stated that when flights are delayed guests often stay on property, enhancing his ROI by utilizing the resort's food and beverage outlets.
Conference coordinators at Eaglewood also use the Flyte Systems' solutions to enhance their service levels. "They collect their attendees' flight information and use the FlytePass kiosk to print out boarding passes. It is a welcome, personal service that saves attendees the time of having to do it themselves." Based on the success of Flyte's services, Wardlaw said Eaglewood may add travel information from other area airports in the near future.
