We all owe the good people at Montgomery Food Bank a huge thanks, and there are still families in Houston counting on their help, so our Agency is committed to assisting them in any way we can
The Woodlands, TX (PRWEB) October 18, 2017
Moore Insurance, an east Texas based firm that provides insurance and financial preparation assistance to residential and business clients throughout the Houston region, is announcing a joint charity event in conjunction with the Montgomery County Food Bank to help provide for families overcome the destruction wrought by Hurricane Harvey.
The Montgomery County Food Bank is a first responder in times of disaster, and maintains readiness to provide immediate assistance to overburdened partner agencies and emergency shelters that spring up in the wake of a disaster like Hurricane Harvey. This charity event will help generate local support for the ongoing efforts of the Montgomery County Food Bank as they continue to provide for families in need.
“We all owe the good people at Montgomery Food Bank a huge thanks, and there are still families in Houston counting on their help, so our Agency is committed to assisting them in any way we can,” says Jared Moore, chief executive and owner of Moore Insurance.
Moore and his team have already established an online social media and email following to help generate support for the charity drive from families and friends all across Texas. Additionally, a full page feature article discussing the Montgomery County Food Bank is slated for distribution in a soon to be released issue of “Our Hometown,” a monthly local interest webzine hosted by Moore Insurance: http://mooreinsuranceteam.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.
The Moore Insurance team has sponsored nearly two dozen major charity events for organizations in and around Houston since becoming regional affiliates of the Agents of Change network more than three years ago. As part of this continuing relationship, Moore and his team are committed to assisting a new regional charity every other month.
