Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 10, 2013

Eat|See|Hear, an LA outdoor movie series, will be showing Fight Club on Saturday, June 15 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park. This LA outdoor movie event will feature live music provided by local surf rock musicians Beach Party as well as food trucks from the following vendors: Currywurst, No Jodas Kitchen, Melt Bus, White Rabbit, Coolhaus and Crepe de Ville.

There are several ticket options for this event. General admission and popchips-sponsored premium seating tickets are available for pre-order at eventbrite.com. In addition, there will be a limited amount of tickets available at the door, which will sell for $12. The film will start at 8:30 p.m.; however, guests are encouraged to come early to enjoy live music, which starts at 7 p.m., and cuisine provided by local food trucks. Doors for the event open at 5:30.

“We are really excited to show Fight Club,” said Sharon Sperber, co-owner of Eat|See|Hear. “Every time you see this movie you catch something new you never noticed before, so it will be fun for everyone, whether they have seen it or not.”

Fight Club is a darkly comedic 1999 film adaption of Chuck Palahniuk’s novel of the same name, directed by David Fincher. The film follows the unnamed insomniac narrator (Edward Norton) and his psychologically abusive relationship with Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt), who founds “fight clubs” throughout the country. The film and novel both have strong coming of age themes and have been seen as modern studies of platonic male relationships.

Eat|See|Hear is LA’s premier outdoor movie, food truck and live music series that brings an evening of fun to Los Angeles-area venues each summer. The second annual series is presented by SHOWTIME, featuring up and coming bands from the local music scene, the hottest food trucks and the only 3-story high, 52-foot wide inflatable movie screen west of the Mississippi with the highest quality HD-projection and digital surround sound. The Eat|See|Hear series promises an enjoyable movie-going experience for everyone. Eat|See|Hear is produced through a collaboration between LA-based Trailhead Marketing, Inc. and Hollywood Outdoor Movies.
