Mr. Elliott is leaving the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where he served as the criminal healthcare fraud coordinator and the lead attorney of the Medicare Fraud Strike Force in North Texas. At the Oberheiden Law Group, Mr. Elliott will work with former federal prosecutor Lynette S. Byrd and other senior criminal defense counsel.

Prominently, Mr. Elliott was the Lead Prosecutor in the largest healthcare fraud case ever brought against a single physician in U.S. history.
