In an effort to improve client services, operations and boost sales, Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., a money management and investment company turned to SatuitCRM. The hosted CRM solution by Satuit Technologies is designed specifically for investment advisors and has been critical in helping Fort Washington to improve client services, enhance sales, streamline marketing and consolidate client information and reporting processes.

Prior to SatuitCRM, Fort Washington was using a CRM solution that was designed for the manufacturing industry and required significant customizations to make it work. Because it was difficult to use, the firm experienced low adoption rates, which resulted in incomplete customer information and data stored in disparate and disjointed repositories. Fort Washington needed a scalable and user-friendly CRM solution that could meet their unique requirements, provide enhanced reporting capabilities and synch easily with portfolio accounting and performance systems.

Today, SatuitCRM is the central repository for all client reporting requirements and distribution lists, as well as the main source for institutional client billing information. Fort Washington has been able to use SatuitCRM for everything from scheduling and recording notes to tracking opportunities and sales metrics, and maintaining consistent, clean customer data.

SatuitCRM is enabling all parts of the Fort Washington to work in an integrated fashion to better serve clients and improve operations. Fort Washington has been able to reduce client-centric mass mailings from two days to a couple of hours, replace numerous Excel spreadsheets stored throughout various departments, and eliminate manual reporting processes. SatuitCRM also provides seamless synching to pertinent applications, including Microsoft Outlook, the company's in-house proprietary billing system, and Money Market Directory, and soon Fort Washington sales representatives will be able to access important information on the road using their Blackberries, SmartPhones and PDA's.
