Helping franchise organizations with the cumbersome task of enforcing policies and ensuring franchisee compliance is one of the goals of a new franchise management system called FACTS™. FranCompliance, based in Jackson, Michigan, today announced the availability of FACTS, a combination of tools and services that can help franchise organizations achieve consistency in location openings, compliance procedures, branding, franchisee business management and support. FACTS is designed to serve the multi-unit, contract-based, independent operator model that is specific to franchising.

FACTS is administered for each franchise organization through trained agents who manage the monthly updating and maintenance of the system based on royalty reports, key metrics and other captured data. Customized for each business, FACTS produces timely support, statistics and business recommendations to the franchisor and its franchisees.
Franchisees are supplied with business tools such as three-year projection tables and monthly action plans that are automatically triggered based on statistics from the prior month's royalty report. If a compliance issue is not resolved or an area of business falls below set standards, FACTS will notify both franchisee and franchisor. FACTS also provides a custom coaching element that focuses on increasing franchisee production. For a monthly fee, FACTS tailors a program based on the specific needs of each franchise system.
