Franklin University is pleased to announce its new partnership with Nexus Valve, providing greater access to higher education for a broader community of Indianapolis’ working adults.
Through Franklin University’s Education Partnership Program, these two organizations have found a way to serve their education-focused missions by creating affordable and high quality education options for the hard working employees of Nexus Valve.
Marnie Glanner, Executive Director of Franklin University in Indianapolis is excited to welcome Nexus Valve to the Education Partnership Program. “By participating in this pilot program, Nexus Valve has demonstrated their passion for their employees well being and their confidence in the quality of Franklin University’s education and service,” said Glanner.
Jewell Carter, the Human Resource Manager of Nexus Valve is passionate about his employees’ development opportunities, stating “It is important that the employees of Nexus Valve have options that provide access to an affordable, high-quality degree. I want them to know that college is an option for them.”
The Education Partnership Program is a new program offered by Franklin University’s Indianapolis campus that has quickly gained attention across the Indianapolis area, becoming recognized as a program for employers dedicated to the professional development of employees. “This program just makes sense with the challenges that today’s employers face,” says Glanner. “It empowers employers to provide a high-quality, high-value education option to their employees at no cost to the organization. It is a wonderful way to build employee confidence, improve morale and enhance employee credentials of an organization, all while providing hard-working adults an alternative option to traditional college to complete a degree.”
