In this role, Mr. Spotts will spearhead the growth of the company's directly-owned international product businesses in Mexico and the United Kingdom, as well as developing a worldwide network of business partners to license the FranklinCovey Products name for organizational and productivity tools, including planners, business bags, cases and totes, binders and covers, and its proprietary PlanPlus Planning Software™ and PlanPlus Online™. The company believes it has an underdeveloped international presence for its unique line of business and planning products.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey Products, Mr. Spotts held senior licensing positions with Woolrich, Inc., The Coleman Company, Inc. and The Sharper Image. Mr. Spotts also worked at Equity Management, Inc., where he managed the Goodyear licensing program.
