The free Android app lets FrontPoint customers connect with their alarm system from their Android-powered mobile device anytime, from anywhere.

As with the company's BlackBerry and iPhone apps, customers can arm and disarm their FrontPoint alarm systems remotely using the Android app as well as receive real-time notifications through email and text message whenever an alarm activity takes place. With FrontPoint's Android App, it's easy to know when family members arrive home, when the babysitter leaves for the day or if a window has been accidentally left open.

The Android app also allows FrontPoint customers to:

•     Watch live and pre-recorded video clips
•     Edit access codes to control who enters the property and when
•     Access a searchable database of alarm event history logs
•     Check on system status and motion activity at your property
