FreedomVOICE Systems to Present FreedomIQ VoIP Hosted PBX at 2008
BICSI Spring Conference
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) March 27, 2008 --
FreedomVOICE Systems, a
licensed telecommunications carrier specializing in virtual
office solutions, is presenting their recently-launched FreedomIQ
VoIP Hosted PBX at Booth 804 of the 2008 BICSI Spring Conference.
This networking event, held April 27-30th in
Nashville, Tennessee, will focus on the Information Transport Systems
industry, or ITS. Exhibitors show the latest solutions available in
rapidly-evolving fields such as telecommunications, audio/video, and
automation. Attendees include consultants, contractors, value-added
resellers, infrastructure installers, and network administrators.
“The BICSI Spring Conference presents a great
venue for us to present our FreedomIQ
partner opportunity,” says Eric Thomas,
President and CEO of FreedomVOICE Systems. “ITS
professionals come from all over the world to see the latest innovations
in the industry. Many are aware of the potential of VoIP Hosted PBX
phone systems, but are hesitant to embrace the technology because of the
instability they’ve seen in other offerings.
We designed FreedomIQ to address
these concerns and feel it delivers where early systems have fallen
short. We are eager to demonstrate this before such an informed and
influential audience.”
The FreedomIQ partner
opportunity offers recurring, tiered commissions on sales and
provides all customer support. Thomas says the opportunity is of
particular interest to broadband installers, who can use FreedomIQ
to generate additional revenue by offering complete voice and data
bundles. Thomas hopes to recruit at the conference by demonstrating how FreedomIQ
appeals to a vast market he feels is overlooked by competitors.
“FreedomVOICE Systems has been delivering
affordable, business-quality virtual
office solutions for twelve years,” says
Thomas. “One of the struggles we’ve
seen over and over is a small business trying to get off the ground
while being tethered to expensive and inflexible premises PBX phone
systems. This is causing an enormous demand for a hosted solution from
businesses with fewer than twenty employees –
those who don’t have a large IT budget, but
still need to make a big splash to compete. The other systems on the
market seem to be more concerned with larger businesses and larger
budgets, where the cost-savings of VoIP is an added bonus instead of
make-or-break. FreedomIQ fills
this market void by making VoIP Hosted PBX practical for any size of
business.”
Thomas cites cutting-edge voice quality as a critical selling point that
sets FreedomIQ apart from other
VoIP Hosted PBX phone systems. Many competitors use analog-to-digital
translation devices to digitize voice data, which can compromise the
quality of calls. FreedomIQ
instead utilizes SIP phones, which plug directly into a broadband
Internet connection. This removes the additional equipment and prevents
loss of fidelity. FreedomIQ also
employs exclusive architectural advances developed in-house to further
protect voice quality.
“Small businesses use these systems to
project a professional image, so it doesn’t
make sense for them to invest in a service plagued by line static,
echoes, or worse — dropped calls,”
explains Thomas. “In developing FreedomIQ,
we’ve taken every precaution to ensure we’re
delivering nothing short of exceptional quality.”
