To start, simply enter your age, eating habits and weight information. The app’s unique software will then not only help you decide which foods to eat but also how much of it to eat – and then tracks actual intake. Piatto also allows you to record exercise habits, upload new photos and track progress on its interactive dashboard. The dashboard visualizes your level of activity and eating choices to help track weight loss progress and further encourage healthier diet and lifestyle choices.
