The Old Clam House, the oldest restaurant in San Francisco, recently updated its menu to include a lunch special for $12.95. Available Monday to Friday, the lunch special includes a soup or salad, and a lunch entree. In addition, the San Francisco seafood restaurant is also offering a prix fixe dinner for $24.95. This dinner menu is available daily and includes a soup or salad, a dinner entree, and a choice of dessert.

Along with updated lunch and dinner specials, The Old Clam House is now serving a more extensive breakfast on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Its highlights include specialty omelets, pancakes, eggs bruschetta and eggs benedict.

Fresh seafood has always been a staple at the local restaurant, especially the Clam Juice, which offers the ongoing tradition of starting the meal with a hot shot of Clam Juice. Many patrons also like to dip their bread in the broth.

“Clam Juice is known for its healthy qualities, such as being good for the immune system. In the past, The Old Clam House used to sell Clam Juice by the gallon,” Jennifer Dalbozzo of The Old Clam House said.

The Old Clam House prides itself on being the oldest restaurant in San Francisco and has remained in the same location since its establishment in 1861. Despite changes in ownership throughout the years, The Old Clam House continues to be the best restaurant for delicious seafood and tasty spirits.

The San Francisco famous restaurant offers exceptional hot-iron, skillet-roasted mussels and shrimp for sharing, as well as hot Dungeness crab with a secret garlic sauce. Its oysters, clam chowder, prime rib servings and seafood pasta have all garnered praise from new and regular customers, and its unique rendition of San Francisco’s cioppino is reminiscent of the city’s long and colorful history.
