“Through video, we’ve found a way to empower our customers as our advocates,” said Villar. “If a picture is worth a thousand words, a customer video testimonial is worth a few chapters.”
Inc. Magazine first cited FrontPoint in its social media toolkit on January 19, 2010, discussing I Am FrontPoint and the pros of using video in a social media program. In the February 2010 issue, FrontPoint is featured in a longer article about how the company uses online video to educate and engage customers across various platforms on a daily basis.
