FrontPoint's remote video monitoring solution offers a host of powerful, easy-to-use features. Customers can log into their FrontPoint accounts to see live video from one or more cameras and play back previously-recorded videos. Cameras can be set up to record at a specific time or when activated by motion. Remote video monitoring is integrated with other FrontPoint monitoring features, allowing video clips to correspond with security system events such as doors opening.

Users can also sign up to receive automatic notifications via email or MMS text message when new video clips have been recorded. These video notifications can even include the recorded video clip as an attachment. Through an easy to use web interface, customers control the types of events that trigger automatic recording and alerts. All video is stored offsite on servers for additional security and peace-of-mind. And, unlike traditional CCTV/DVR solutions, no physical recording equipment is required on site.
