Part of a push to boost overall headcount by more than 20 percent in the first quarter alone, Engagement Director Laura Hoey and Resource Director Tina White both assume new positions at FRWD effective immediately and signal the beginning of a new growth phase for the company.

As Engagement Director, Hoey will focus on enhancing and scaling strategy, communication and deliverables for FRWD clients. She brings a wealth of agency and marketer-side experiences to FRWD. Prior to joining FRWD, Hoey served as account director at mono and VP, client services at Schematic. Her expertise lies in marketing consumer packaged goods, financial services and healthcare. She has worked with top brands that include American Express, Best Buy, General Mills, Target and others.

As Resource Director, White brings more than 16 years of digital marketing experience to FRWD where she will oversee the agency’s resource management initiatives. Previously the Resource, Director at Aimia, she will focus on expanding the company’s project management capabilities, continuing to improve deliverables, and solidifying processes for the deployment of teams and talent on behalf of clients.
