Fulfillment America, Inc., a performance-driven, fulfillment services company serving clients worldwide since 1992, continues to thrive despite a challenging business climate. As of March 31st, 2012, the close of the company’s second quarter for fiscal year 2012, the company projects a 20% increase in gross revenue over the same quarter in fiscal 2011. FAI further forecasts this pace of growth to continue for the remainder of 2012.

The company attributes its growth to a combination of new contracts, expansion of existing accounts into new services, and strategic investments in technology. The recent addition of the latest, state-of-the-art, HP Indigo 7500 brings the company up to eight in-house digital printing presses, and has maximized web-to-print capabilities for clients. Portions of the company’s 400,000 square feet of warehouse and facilities have newly upgraded conveyor systems, further increasing operational efficiencies for new and expanding accounts. These investments, along with vigilant ongoing process improvements, have increased FAI’s profits while delivering superior performance on behalf of their clients.

“Quality service, operational excellence and the longevity of client relationships are the keys to our success,” explains John Barry, Sr., FAI President/CEO. “We are committed to follow this path for future growth.”

In addition, FAI believes its success in e-commerce fulfillment comes naturally from a deep understanding based on experience that clients demand the very best business practices and operational excellence in the distribution of their products and other collateral materials. Since 2009, the company has carried the highly regarded Six Sigma certification to foster a culture of continuous improvement from top to bottom. FAI provides key performance indicators for each of its clients, closely monitoring and reporting on them according to a predetermined calendar.
