Newberg, Ore. (Vocus) July 3, 2009
The final application date for George Fox University's new Full-Time MBA program is set for Wednesday, July 15.
Applications may be submitted online at mba.georgefox.edu. Classes for the one-year program begin on Aug. 10 and end in June of 2010. Financial aid is available.
The Full-Time MBA is designed for recent graduates who wish to improve their marketability and understanding in the business world. The 11-month program employs an ethics-based, holistic curriculum with a global perspective, according to program director Jeff VandenHoek.
"The themes of living an ethical lifestyle, becoming relationally competent, and being world changers rather 'tour guides' are among the hallmarks of the program," he added. Classes will be held on the university's Newberg, Ore., campus and meet Monday through Thursday. A Friday seminar course will involve travel, as students will visit corporations in the greater Portland area.
The George Fox School of Management also offers a Part-Time MBA program in Portland and Part-Time MBA program in Boise. The 26-month, 42-credit-hour program meets once a week from 6 to 10 p.m., plus occasional Saturdays. New cohorts begin in September and January.
