"We take the mystery out of computer set-ups. We do all the systems and software according to the specs of each school’s computer lab,” Tom Waltner said.

2001 Fuller Computer Solutions has been in business for 15 years, mostly servicing the business community. As a Certified Microsoft Partner, they have developed a reputation of excellence. Their expertise is in providing networking solutions, building new computer systems, analyzing and repairing computers and establishing new computer-to-computer logistics. This same expertise has expanded into the educational arena.

“We have worked with a number of schools over the years,” said owner Tom Waltner. “Cincinnati Public Schools, and many other school systems, have the ability to tap into auxiliary school funds so they can provide new computers to any of the schools in their districts. This includes parochial schools, charter schools, Christian schools and others in their system.”

For Cincinnati Public Schools, that includes several Catholic schools where Fuller Computer Solutions provided new computers for the upcoming school year. One of the things that the schools especially appreciate is that Fuller Computer Solutions installs the software requested by the schools on all the new computers and delivers them as ready-to-go out of the box. In addition, they make a CD image of the hard drive and if there is ever a problem with a computer, the school technician can use the hard drive image to reinstall everything in a matter of minutes.

“This is one of the greatest time savers for the school’s technical people,” Tom Waltner said. “It saves them literally hours of work when they purchase a new computer or have a hard-drive issue with an older computer. Imagine buying 30 or 40 new computers and having to install all new software. It can take up a big chunk of someone’s summer break. We do all the work for them and all they have to do is turn them on after we deliver them to the school.”

Fuller Computer Solutions has worked with other school systems in the Greater Cincinnati area as well including Northwest School district and multiple private and parochial schools. Not only do they provide the computers and software, but also expertise on networking.

“We take the mystery out of computer set-ups. We do all the systems and software according to the specs of each school’s computer lab,” Tom Waltner said.

When a school district has additional auxiliary funds to spend on technical equipment, many opt for purchasing new computers for their student computer labs. Now with the newly-announced push for schools to focus more on keyboards than on handwriting, Tom Waltner said they are ready to assist the schools by providing customized computer solutions.

Fuller Computer Solutions has focused much of their business in the business-to-business community, providing networking solutions, integration and building new and repairing older computers and networks for private customers, small to medium-sized businesses and schools. For any business seeking computer help, Fuller Computer Solutions can help.

Tom Waltner also hosts a weekly call-in radio program on WKRC Radio 550 AM in Cincinnati. They discuss all types of computer solutions and can be heard on Saturdays from 7 to 8 p.m.
