On Wednesday, October 20, 2010, Full Sail University (fullsail.edu) welcomed 2003 Film graduate and Head of Entertainment Development at Union Editorial, Noah Haeussner, to its Full Sail Live venue for an exclusive student and staff screening of the upcoming feature film, The Inventor: Story of Robert Axle, starring Kevin Spacey.
This comedic drama follows the tale of an eccentric inventor that gains wealth and fame, but finds unexpected misfortune. After many hardships he is ready to redeem his name and rebuild his billion-dollar empire. Directed by Trent Cooper, The Inventor: Story of Robert Axle was produced by Spacey’s production company, Trigger Street Productions, and also stars actors Camilla Belle, Heather Graham, Johnny Knoxville, Anna Anissimova, Virginia Madsen, and Craig Robinson.
Immediately following the screening, attendees had the opportunity to learn more about the creation and development behind this film during a Q&A session led by Haeussner. “We are honored that Full Sail was chosen as a screening site for The Inventor: Story of Robert Axle, and that our students were able to take part in an extraordinary learning experience,” said Jamey Hopper, Lead Film Advisor for Full Sail University’s Career Development Department.
