We are going to do an extensive review of cemeteries so that our customers can make the right decisions about where to intern their loved ones.
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) August 07, 2013
Funeral.us.org is launching an initiative to review the most popular cemeteries in order to help protect customers from ones that are substandard, the company said yesterday.
“It has come to our attention that some cemeteries are run well below expectations,” a Funeral.us.org spokesman said. “We are going to do an extensive review of cemeteries so that our customers can make the right decisions about where to intern their loved ones.”
Funeral.us.org to the idea to review the cemeteries after hearing complaints from their customers, he said.
“We've heard reports about everything from bad upkeep of the cemetery itself, to rude staff, to a lack of security, to even moving remains without notifying the family,” The Funeral.us.org spokesman said. “These are all things that having a list of cemetery reviews can help our customers avoid.”
Once the review is completed, it will be posted in the members' area of Funeral.us.org, he said.
“This review will be completely independent,” the Funeral.us.org spokesman said. “It will let people see the pros and cons of each and every cemetery they are considering. We believe this review will help people when they need it most.”
Funeral.us.org is soliciting information for the review from independent sources and their customers now, he said.
“If someone has information about a problem at a cemetery that would help our review, we invite them to contact us now,” the Funeral.us.org spokesman said.
