As part of a new interior design initiative KMP furniture will design four units in the Icon Bricknell condominium high-rise overlooking Miami’s beautiful Biscayne Bay. The modern design company has developed designer packages to provide everything needed to furnish the homes, including furniture, art, linens, electronics and more. KMP’s packages, which can be customized to the buyer’s taste, aim to allow homeowners to move in with nothing but their personal effects.

“We feel honored to work with Icon Brickell on this project” said KMP representative Melton Goodwin. “We anticipate a pleasant experience for future residents, and I believe our packages offer convenience with tasteful design”.

The Icon Brickell complex consists of three towers that rise one hundred feet above the Bay, providing breathtaking views of Downtown Miami. In addition, the property is located on a two-acre outdoor oasis, making the homes among the most desirable in the city. The Yoo properties by world-famous designer Philippe Starck inspired the interior design of the common areas in the buildings. Corporate firm Arquitectonica was responsible for the architecture.

The four units in the complex are the latest editions to a growing portfolio of interior design projects completed by KMP. The success of the new line of service demonstrates the company’s commitment to go beyond just furniture retail and make a mark on the community. KMP has also designed two units in the magnificent luxury skyscraper 900 Biscayne Bay – a 65-story building that boasts views of the Bay, Port of Miami and the Atlantic Ocean. Other projects include one unit in the Quantum on the Bay complex and more projects are on the way.
