Since 2004, Texas born attorney Nicole True has been fighting for her clients’ rights. At the start of her career, Nicole focused on criminal law, but soon saw the overwhelming need for dedicated immigration lawyers. Since taking up that mantle, Nicole has made immigration law and criminal law her primary practice areas.
Nicole currently practices all over Central Texas, but has been expanding more recently by bringing her expertise to New Braunfels. “I am expanding to New Braunfels in light of the new Executive Action programs issued by President Obama,” says Nicole. “There is a great need for experienced immigration practitioners to help the undocumented community in Central Texas apply for Deferred Action for students and parents. My goal is to help people apply for protection from deportation, as well as authorization to work.”
Contiguous to this, Nicole also lends some of her time to Reporte Austin as a freelance writer, which is a local Spanish magazine distributed throughout Central Texas. Nicole regularly contributes articles addressing different issues in society.
