New Milford (Vocus) May 29, 2009
Spirit Journeys announces their latest workshop, Mastering and Sustaining Prosperity. The workshop runs November 5 through November 8, 2009 and is designed to let participants "master the ongoing practices of prosperity".
The weekend begins with the premise that people contain deep within them the seeds of abundance and that the growth of those seeds can be accelerated to scale new heights in personal and professional prosperity. Through an integrated approach to whole being development, individuals will be inspired to create a personal vision of prosperity, identify key factors and practices that increase its likelihood and, ultimately, to transform their desires into positive and lasting change. An intuitive approach to success combined with a pragmatic one will involve deep listening, guided reflection, and a practical action plan for taking insights back home. The participants will learn to experience abundance in all areas of their lives.
In contemporary culture, the topic of prosperity is much on the minds of individuals. Most people wish to do well and prosper. However, prosperity is not just a measure of money on a balance sheet. It is actually a complex psychological concept. Even people on a spiritual path block themselves from generating true prosperity.
During this workshop participants will:
Transform their mindset from one of scarcity to one of prosperity
Dislodge limiting beliefs and take on a new mindset that will move them to new levels of professional and personal success
Learn to attract people and circumstances that are in alignment with an inspired vision of achievement
Master the ongoing practices of prosperity
The facilitators are Andrew Black and Rita Hovakimian. Mr. Black is a facilitator, coach, instructional designer and consultant. He is the president of Andrew Black Consulting, Inc and has nearly 30 years of experience in personal and organizational consulting. Rita Hovakimian is a business coach, consultant, leadership development specialist and seminar leader for individuals and businesses since 1989.
The weekend is hosted at the Empowerment Center in Goshen, New York (60 miles northwest of New York City). The Empowerment Center is a beautifully renovated early 20th century schoolhouse and rests on 150 acres of rolling hills. It is sponsored by the Highbridge Community Life Center, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals to improve their own lives.
