Geek Choice, a premium nationwide provider of computer repair service to residential and small business clients, formerly known as Computer Geeks, announced today that it has re-hired co-founder Rebecca Butler to serve as Customer Service Manager.
Ms. Butler returns to the company headquarters after spending a year in Seattle, Washington building a new Geek Choice franchise. She has been affiliated with Geek Choice since 2003 when CEO Lucas Brunelle chose her to help transform a small company into a full-service corporation. At 35, she brings a total of 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, having previously traveled the country as a motivational speaker.
The executive team at Geek Choice chose to bring Ms. Butler back to its Boston, Massachusetts office in order to strengthen its superior client-centered approach. Ms. Butler holds a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College and has initiated several Geek Choice customer service protocols which still exist today - and which have been proven over the long term to increase the rate of new business, repeat business and referrals. She is also known for reinforcing a unique customer service ethic that permeates every aspect of daily operations at Geek Choice.
