Genoo customers can now incorporate social media capabilities into websites, microsites, and emails, and track those leads who share their information. Genoo also lets marketers see how effective the sharing is – providing a way to track the impact of social media on their marketing efforts.

We've enabled social sharing in a way that allows marketers to track the effectiveness of the sharing that's occurring.

Genoo customers can now incorporate social media capabilities into websites, microsites, and emails, and track those leads who share their information. Genoo also lets marketers see how effective the sharing is – providing a way to track the impact of social media on marketing efforts.

For example, marketers could include a “share this on Facebook” button on any web page run by Genoo and then see how many leads opted to share the content, plus how many new visitors come to the site from those links, and which sign up for future contact. This means it's now possible to distinguish the most influential leads, and see the leads they generate.

An integrated suite of online marketing tools, Genoo allows marketers to put together and implement marketing campaigns, websites, microsites and landing pages. These marketing tools engage leads and prospects in new ways, while tracking the results of that engagement and leaving marketers in the know about how the social aspects of the campaign are working.

The array of social media options now available on the Genoo platform include:

  •     Site Follow – set and display how visitors can follow your organization's social media profiles for both website and emails.
  •     Page Sharing – enable visitors to share website pages and emails with others via social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Digg, Delicious, etc. In addition, users can track how many of these shares drove traffic back to their sites.
  •     RSS Feeds – create them for Genoo microsites. Determine which pages are included in the feed, giving leads and visitors options for how to keep in touch with your organization.
  •     Page Comments – identify which pages are open for comments and manage the comments left by site visitors.

Understanding more about what engages leads allows marketers to add value by following up with relevant emails and content that maps to their interest.
