Over his nearly 40 years in the music business, George Straight has often spoken of the value of having an ace in the hole. A little secret that nobody knows. The country legend recently confessed a secret to the masses, revealing an upcoming list of concert tour dates before confirming unequivocally that it will be his last concert ever. TicketProcess.com has also been known for having a few aces in the hole in the form of highly coveted concert tickets, and they recently announced that they will be offering George Strait tickets to each of his upcoming dates.
While it is a sad reality that the great George Strait will be permanently removing himself from the North American touring circuit, he has provided his millions of fans with several golden opportunities to see him in person by spreading his George Strait Final Tour shows out all over this fine nation. He also made sure to specify that he will not be retiring from music in general, and he will still be open to performing at certain events or festivals.
Strait's velvety vocals and country guitar riffs will first be heard by a live audience on January 18th in Lubbock, Texas, which is only a few hundred miles from Strait's hometown of Poteet, a tiny cluster of streets and businesses with a population of just over 3,000. The following week will feature shows in Oklahoma City and Salt Lake City, two hotbeds of country music.
George Strait fans in Sacramento will be blessed with an opportunity to see the living legend one last time on the evening of January 31st, and residents of Fresno and the Central Valley will have their opportunity the very next night. On the night of Saturday, February 2nd, Strait will play a show for Sin City fans in Las Vegas. He will then take a two-week break form the action to relax and regroup, perhaps vacating in the city that never sleeps for a spell.
George Strait's Final Tour will pop up next in St. Paul, Minnesota on February 15th before a series of shows in major Midwestern cities. Fans in South Carolina and North Carolina should be on the lookout for George Strait Concert shows on March 22nd and 23rd in Greenville and Greensboro, respectively. The tour will wrap up with shows in New Orleans on April 13th and a lone June date in the Lone Star State. Both are sure to be emotional and memorable concerts.
