Nathaniel Gerdes aka Gerdes is a recording artist from San Francisco. With a deep passion for music, he is determined to make a career for himself doing what he loves. Soon after he began to work on building his music, he formed the group Green Eggs Go Ham. The group put out two mixtapes and were featured in several music blogs before breaking up.

Influenced by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Mac Miller, Matt & Kim, Bright Eyes, Logic, G-Eazy, Aesop Rock, Atmosphere, Modest Mouse and Kid Cudi, Gerdes now works as a solo artist. He released the single “Live Life” which landed him play on several local and nation radio stations. His first solo mixtape, “The Lost” generated 1500 downloads within the first 24 hours. He then went on to make the single “Smile” for a good friend who passed away. Through the release of the song, Gerdes generated several hundred dollars to donate to her family. The project landed him a gig opening up for mainstream artist Chris Rene who was featured on the show “X-Factor” and is currently signed with Sony Records.

Gerdes produces all of his own original instrumentals and works out of a home studio. With a growing fanbase, he is excited about the release of his latest project “CAMP” which is available for download now. The title is a acronym for (Chillin' Amongst My People).
