Gillece Services in Pittsburgh, PA has added a new Field Education Support Team including about a half dozen members in order to further enhance the services that Gillece Customers receive inside their homes. Once a customer’s need is established at the Gillece Headquarters in Bridgeville (Pittsburgh), Pennsylvania, a service visit is scheduled – typically within the same day – and a skill-certified Gillece Plumber, HVAC (Heating and Cooling) Technician, or Electrician is dispatched to remedy the problem and/or install a replacement or implement an upgrade. With the newly coordinated Gillece Education Support Team, a Gillece Technician is now able to be accompanied by a Field Education Support Specialist during the actual service call or can arrive shortly thereafter for support.

Gillece Field Education Support Specialists enhance the homeowner’s service need with detailed expertise of options that are presented to the Gillece Customer during the service visit’s consultation. The Gillece Services Technician (Plumber, HVAC Technician, Electrician) remains the authority on fully diagnosing the problem the Gillece Customer is experiencing, or the upgrade. After determining and presenting optional solutions at varying price levels, he can then work with a Gillece Field Education Support Specialist to present and educate the Gillece Customer on quality products and warranties, one of which will best match the needs of the Gillece Customer, based upon the Gillece Technician’s diagnosis, the Gillece Field Educator’s insight, and the Gillece Customer’s input, budget, and personal choice. Gillece Services quality care stance is to advise and recommend… but ultimately, the choice is up to the Gillece Customer.
