Gilt Groupe, Inc. announced today that V. Ann Hailey has been named Chief Financial Officer of the fast-growing luxury web-based retailer, effective January 5, 2009.
Ms. Hailey brings 30 years of finance, retail and operating experience to the company. She was most recently at Limited Brands, where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1997-2006 and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development from 2006-2007.

Prior to joining Limited Brands, Ms. Hailey spent her career in consumer businesses including PepsiCo, Pillsbury and RJR Nabisco. While she has primarily served in financial roles, she has a broad base of business experience which encompasses strategic planning, human resources, marketing and retail inventory planning. Her accomplishments and expertise will be of great value to Gilt Groupe as it commences its second year of business.

Grainger, Inc., Realogy Corporation and the Cleveland Federal Reserve Board where she chairs the Audit Committee. Ms. Hailey holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
