I also want them to see that lifetime is a long time and relationships that are developed early on carry on for eternity.

In “Wanderlust” (published by Abbott Press), author Gino Venaglia’s new action novel based on true events, readers join Marco Veneti as he explores the world on his motorcycle.

After traveling the countryside for over seven years as a vagabond, Marco finds himself stuck in the middle of a rainstorm in Nowhere, N.M. He decides to look back at his life. Readers join Marco as he reminisces about his encounters with people who have become a major part of his life, his dealings with rogue police officers who almost killed him and the rough folks, along with many friendly ones, who have added pages to his life’s story.

An excerpt from “Wanderlust”:

“The rain was cascading off the gazebo’s psuedo thatched roof at a roadside rest in New Mexico off of I-10. The roof was leaking in so many places that it would probably be drier to hide under a tree if there were any. Rain was dripping down the back of my neck like Niagara Falls. The icy raindrops sent chills through my body each new droplet would cause me to shiver.”
“I want readers to get a better understanding of what it feels like to have a free and footloose lifestyle until the day that reality catches up with them,” says Venaglia. “I also want them to see that lifetime is a long time and relationships that are developed early on carry on for eternity.”
