Accordingly, GDAR will have no ownership or other interest in the “Cobra” technology which JK Development is pursuing. GDAR will instead exclusively continue with its core business as a patient referral advocacy center, which works with in-home health care agencies, durable medical equipment companies (DME) and assisted living facilities (ALF).
