Golf Academy of America Staffer Joins PGA Tour Medical Staff

Golf Academy of America is proud to announce the upcoming plans for adjunct anatomy instructor, Dr. Jon Holt, as he joins the PGA tour medical staff.

Birmingham, AL (PRWEB) June 14, 2009 -- A world leading institution for golf industry (http://www.golfacademy.edu/golf-industry-info/why-golf.cfm) education, Golf Academy of America (GAA) is proud to announce that a member of Myrtle Beach (S.C.) campus has successfully completed the Clinical Golf Program conducted by Professional Sports Care and will be joining the PGA Tour medical staff.

Dr. Jon Holt, an adjunct anatomy instructor at Golf Academy of America Myrtle Beach Campus, has joined the staff of Professional Sports Care's PGA Tour medical staff. Part of his duties will include providing on-site care for participants on PGA Tour, Champions' Tour and Nationwide Tour events.

"We are proud of Jon and this great accomplishment," says Jim Hart, campus director at GAA Myrtle Beach. "This is a personal honor for him but also an honor for Golf Academy of America. We are proud of him and all our faculty members who do such a great job preparing students for successful careers in golf."
