For example, if a client books a holiday for 20 people each costing £750 (15 points) and the same client provides us with six addresses (2 points) of his golfing friends and returns the post-holiday questionnaire (2 points), his Handicap Key will be 19, giving him £190 off his next holiday. This £190 can be used by the Group Leader against his next golfing trip - wherever it is and whoever he is travelling with".
