Gordon Luedtke has about 28 years of business experience under his belt. The former key account manager at Whirlpool Corporation recently celebrated his 28th year in the business field.
Gordon Luedtke, a native Chicago resident, is considered a results-driven sales professional who is highly skilled at increasing revenue for organizations. Gordon Luedtke has extensive sales experience in the appliance and electronics industry. For nearly 27 years Gordon Luedtke worked for the Whirlpool Corporation in numerous high-ranking roles.
“Business is my background and it is my true passion,” said Gordon Luedtke. “I am an innovative market manager with a unique ability to combine competitive analysis, current programming and relationship skills into bottom line results.”
Gordon Luedtke graduated at the top of his class from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in finance. Following his graduation in 1983 Gordon Luedtke began working for the Whirlpool Corporation.
Gordon Luedtke began his Whirlpool career as a credit sales representative, eventually he was promoted to wholesale manager, following which he was promoted to branch operations manager. Over the course of the 27 years working for the corporation, Gordon Luedtke held various job titles, such as senior account manager, client support manager, and most recently, key account manager.
For each job role, Gordon Luedtke held great responsibility. The Chicago businessman utilized the tools he learned while a student to properly tackle each business situation.
“My university education provided me with a toolbox filled with many different tools that were waiting to be used,” Gordon Luedtke said. “Over the years I have learned to challenge myself and ensure I get the job done in the best manner.”
Currently Gordon Luedtke is focusing on starting a new career in the business arena. He believes he has proven himself to be a motivated sales professional. Gordon Luedtke’s expertise includes cost reduction, training and development, merchandising and advertising programs, margin enhancement, key account relationships and presentation and negotiation skills.
“I’m excited to keep pushing ahead in this vastly dynamic field,” Gordon Luedtke said.
