2011 saw GR8Fires leading online retailer of multi-fuel and wood burning stoves embrace social media, 2012 is the year that GR8Fires has gone one step further into the world of blogging!
Last year was a very significant year for GR8Fires. The year saw the business take great strides in raising it’s online profile, and lead them to set up Twitter and Facebook accounts.
A new Wordpress powered blog has now been launched to provide the latest company and product news, special offers, and informative articles, and also help GR8Fires engage with their online customers.
Already the informative articles have covered everything from how to give your wood-burning stove a monthly check-up, a series on meet the manufacturer, top 10 ways to improve the efficiency of your wood-burning stove, airwash: what is it and what does it mean for your wood-burning stove?
GR8Fires is working hard on the blog, and hopes to keep on publishing quality content and interacting with it’s marketplace for the foreseeable future. The blog articles will compliment existing articles that already appear in the article directory section.
Adam Ross, Marketing Manager said: “2011 was an important year for us. We embraced social media with new Twitter and Facebook accounts. We have been able to raise our profile, interact with our marketplace and support customers. Both platforms have allowed us to engage with our customers and listen to what they have to say about our products and service.”
“With 2012 we felt it was important to keep up the good work, and we were looking for ideas. The blogging world and the easy entrance point with a Wordpress blog offered us the opportunity to publish more substantial information that we couldn’t post on Twitter and shorter news items that our customers would be interested in and enjoy.”
“The blog also allows for users to leave comments and ask questions, so there’s a degree of interactivity also which is great. We’ve also launched a new customer support phone servicel.”
