I am very proud of our employees at the Ball Ground facility. I am thankful every day for their dedication to our business and very appreciative that the Graco Supply ownership shared my vision to enter the aircraft sealant supply market.

Graco Supply & Integrated Services is proud to announce that on May 1, their North Atlanta facility located in Ball Ground, GA was audited for re-accreditation to AC7202 NADCAP requirements as a value-added supplier of aircraft sealants. The facility not only passed the audit, but was awarded “Merit” status, resulting in an 18-month accreditation effective through January, 2014. Graco Supply joins eight other aircraft sealant suppliers worldwide that have achieved NADCAP Accreditation (National Aerospace & Defense Contractors Accreditation Program), highly valued by both prime and sub-contractors to the commercial and military aerospace markets.

“I am very proud of our employees at the Ball Ground facility,” said Randy Wilt, General Manager of Aircraft Sealants at Graco Supply. “I am thankful every day for their dedication to our business and very appreciative that the Graco Supply ownership shared my vision to enter the aircraft sealant supply market.”

The Ball Ground facility is one of five Graco Supply sites specializing in the supply of chemical products to the aerospace and industrial markets. While the Georgia facility boasts NADCAP accreditation, all Graco sites are ISO9001:2008, AS9100C and AS9120A Certified. In addition to aircraft sealants, Graco supplies adhesives, paints and coatings, surface prep products, tapes, lubricants and maintenance products, as well as inventory control services dealing in disposables and shelf-life sensitive materials.

“Now, our goal for the Georgia facility going forward will be to ever improve our processes and procedures and never become complacent,” Wilt said. “Sealants have always been, and will continue to be, crucial in the manufacture and maintenance of military and commercial aircraft.”

Dedicated to the packaging and distribution of aircraft sealants to the OEM and MRO business segments of the aerospace industry, the Georgia facility implements internal controls to ensure sealant performance to applicable specifications, and performs internal quality-control testing to ensure final product acceptability at the end use site. The Graco-Ball Ground facility also performs mixing, packaging and supply of frozen sealants in a variety of container configurations.

Since 1959, Graco Supply & Integrated Services has been a widely recognized supplier of chemical products, exhibiting technical expertise in assisting customers with product and inventory solutions.
