If Gramble captured just 10% of social game players, it could mean up to $80,000 generated for charity every day

Gramble is a charity-driven, cross-platform social-gaming tool premiering on all web-wired devices this fall.

Marked by elegant design and intuitive functionality, as well as the most feature-rich SDK currently on the developer market, Gramble seeks to improve lives through gaming by offering players social connection and easy contribution to their favorite charitable causes. When players purchase the in-game currency 'grollars' (Gramble’s currency), independent developers and charities earn real money while gamers unwind and earn good karma – meaning everybody wins.

Gramble's philanthropic activities are backed by Novamedia, the third-largest charity donor in the world with a staggering $6 billion in donations made (and counting), thanks in part to high-profile ambassadors such as Bill Clinton, Rafael Nadal, and Sir Richard Branson. Their more than 100 affiliated charities run the gamut from high-profile names like UNICEF, the World Wildlife Fund, and Amnesty International, to local groups supporting worthy causes such as the National Galleries of Scotland or the Swedish Alzheimerfonden.

Charity partners will be featured prominently on the site, each receiving their own social page to champion their cause and build a community of supporters. Gamers can even choose to champion their favorite charity, possibly even becoming a ‘Grambassador’ and engaging in real-life charity work and attending VIP events.

Donations will be determined by the players, who can contribute directly by purchasing in-game items as well as special items tailored to specific charities. Players also indirectly donate each time they buy grollars through affiliated payment provider Xsolla (partners of Valve, Steam, BigPoint, Wargaming, GameForge, and InnoGames, amongst others), who, through an exclusive deal with Gramble, will donate a percentage of every transaction to the foundation to be used for major quarterly donations to worthy causes. Players also get the chance to decide what percentage goes to each charity by using Gramble’s innovative Good Give bar.

In the US and UK alone, 81 million people play social games every day (Popcap). With each user spending $0.01-$0.10 per day (SuperData Research), that's a daily income of $800,000 to $8-million. Gramble could make a major difference to the world by capturing just 10% of that market - it could mean up to $80,000 generated for charity through Gramble each day from just two countries (out of almost 200). This is enough to bring clean water sources and sanitation to 20 villages in Haiti (Lifewater), buy 20 promising but disadvantaged young musicians professional-level instruments (The Gift of Music Project), or sponsor 800 lions and tigers for a year (T&D’s Rescue). Just for playing games.

Founder and CEO Adam Palmer elaborates, "Our aim is to make the world a better place and build the world’s best mobile social-gaming network. We want to attract the best games – and therefore the best game developers – to join Gramble’s cause. For this reason, we offer our developers a generous revenue share, full ownership of their own IP, the tools to build their own community, as well as a totally free, feature-rich SDK. Importantly, our alignment with one of the world’s largest charity providers will not only spearhead powerful PR for the developers and their games, but ensure all charitable proceeds go to worthwhile causes."

Gramble is putting out the call for do-good developers to join them on their epic journey. Interested? Visit to register for the stealth launch this fall.

About Gramble.
Launching this autumn, Gramble , part of Gramble World, offers a truly cross-platform social experience. Game progress stored on online servers ports from device to device – from smartphones to tablets, PCs, and Internet-enabled TVs – meaning players can pick up their game right where they left off, anytime, anywhere. Players will be able to challenge friends, share their pictures and personal achievements, and best personal challenges. Better yet, Gramble funnels a portion of gamers’ ‘grollars’ (Gramble’s site currency) to diverse charity partners, meaning that however a player’s game turns out, everybody wins.
