Nike Baseball Camp at Davenport University provides campers the opportunity to train hard on a top notch field and with a collegiate coaching staff. Camp will run July 13-16 and is for baseball players, of all abilities, ages 10-18.

Directing this camp is Davenport University’s Head Baseball Coach, Kevin Tidey. Tidey just completed his fourth season with the panthers and led them to a program best season. The Panthers finished the campaign with a 42-17 record and its first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference championship.

“After Davenport’s great season, we are even more excited to be having coach Tidey at the helm of our camp,” states Mike de Surville, Vice President of US Sports Camps. “Campers will really benefit from his expertise and knowledge of the game.”

Nike Baseball Camps provide focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement for all skill levels. Every facet of the game is covered with an emphasis on fundamentals, to help players become valuable team members. At each location, campers are broken into groups with other players of similar age, abilities and goals. Each camp director does their best to advance players to the next level, taking into consideration each camper’s experience and desire to improve.
