Joseph Vallo has been appointed to the board of directors of the National Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Bar Association, an organization of legal professionals that promotes justice through the law for the LGBT community in all its diversity. His term is effective from July 2010 until February 2011 and includes an annual renewal.
Vallo is of counsel in the Litigation practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York and White Plains offices where he focuses on a myriad of securities issues. Vallo is also a member of LeGal, the Bar Association of the lesbian and gay legal community in the New York metropolitan area.

Vallo earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from SUNY Cortland.
