GreenLite A Go-Go will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 465 Fairchild Drive, 94043. Dr. Sooji Rugh, obesity expert and mother concerned about the rise in adolescent obesity rates, hosts the not-your-ordinary health and fitness fair for free. The event champions family wellness through music, movement, and activities that encourage creativity and emotional well-being.

This is a one of a kind event that champions family wellness through children's rock music, on-trend movement, and hands on activities for creative and emotional well-being.

Committed to helping families create happier, healthier lifestyles, Dr. Sooji Rugh, obesity expert and founder of GreenLite Medicine, hosts the GreenLite A Go-Go, a Groovy Family Fitness Fair at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 465 Fairchild Drive, 94043. "Unlike typical health and fitness fairs, this is a one of a kind event that champions family wellness through children’s rock music, on-trend movement, and hands on activities that encourage creativity and emotional well-being," says Dr. Rugh. Attendance is free and families who pre-register at greenlitemedicine/agogo receive a complimentary gift bag.

Two special guests include Award winning kindie artist AndyZ and equity actress Molly Bell. AndyZ is set to engage children and their parents in a lively, interactive concert featuring props, costumes, and puppets and his original music in such genres as rock, British pop, punk, jazz, hip-hop, blues and more. Molly Bell introduces her Creative Habit Academy and takes families through an energetic GrooveTots and Grooviloos hip hop session.

The GreenLite A Go-Go features activities just for kids and those specifically for parents. Kimochis® Toys with Feelings will show kids how to express and communicate their feelings in a fun and comfortable way and Mad Science® of the Bay Area gives kids hands on experiences at their Slippery Science Center. Parents activities are focused on pampering mini-spa massage therapy, living well games, deep breathing exercises, and doTERRA® aromatherapy.
