Panelists at the Network Solutions GrowSmartBiz conference will provide effective finance strategies for small business owners at the September 29, 2009 event in Washington, DC.

The conference discussion topics were determined from the findings of the Small Business Success Index (SBSI), which is an ongoing index designed to measure the overall health of U.S. small businesses (http://growsmartbusiness.com/). The SBSI was commissioned by Network Solutions and the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and it reveals that companies that focus on improving in critical areas such as access to capital are ranked as more competitive and more profitable.

The conference keynote addresses will be given by Chris Anderson, well-known author and editor-in-chief of Wired Magazine, and U.S. Sen.
