GSA Application Services is pleased to announce that Cardone Record Services (CRS) has been awarded a GSA Schedule 36 contract and are now certified to provide their extensive document imaging and records management solutions to Federal agencies using GSA Advantage!®, the government's electronic ordering system portal (

CRS’s GSA schedule award facilitated their recent Department of Veterans Affairs contracts and accelerated the VA’s goal of achieving three key benefits in the areas of operations, records management and patient quality of care. These contracts allow CRS to streamline electronic and paper management solutions to three distinct VA’s, including document imaging for approximately 77,000 active veteran records consisting of nearly 9 million images converted electronically into VistA, the VA’s digital records repository.

“We are honored to be selected by the Royal C. Johnson Memorial Center; John J. Pershing Medical Center; and Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center,” said Larry Koerner, Vice President of Sales at CRS, adding: “Our service solution offers a customized approach that addresses the specific concerns, budgetary needs and policy requirements of each VAMC client.”

“With our experience and knowledge of the VAMC records management requirements, we feel confident that CRS maximizes the VA’s long term electronic access benefits,” Koerner continued. “We’re completely committed to ensure safe handling and ease of access to our Veteran’s records. Our services and products carry our foundational commitment to the customer - when you work with our specialists, you receive complete turnkey imaging solutions.”
