Critically Acclaimed Dutch Conductor and Fourth-Generation Composer Brings Pop Orchestra to the US Concert Stage

Netherlands-based Guido’s Orchestra, led by renowned composer, conductor and violin virtuoso Guido Dieteren, today announced its plans to perform at several U.S. tour spots in July and August to promote their first nationwide tour of America later this year. The Orchestra plans to make stops in Boston and Atlanta, and Houston, before returning to the Netherlands to prepare the elaborate stage show they’ll bring back this fall.

Guido’s Orchestra has garnered critical acclaim in Europe for its exhilarating performances, featuring a unique crossover blend of classical, pop, and rock music and includes many of Dieteren’s own compositions as well as some of the best-loved music in the world. Guido’s Orchestra concerts are both visually exciting and musically inspirational—showcasing the skills of some of Europe’s finest young talent. The orchestra is best known for its spectacular stage show, anchored by the personalities of both Guido and his wife, principle soprano soloist, Wendy Kokkelkoren.
