The Gulf Coast Regional Tourism Partnership, a non-profit organization tasked with promoting tourism on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, recently announced the launch of a new regional marketing campaign. The campaign is launching with television spots across the Southeast, as well as social media efforts, and is centered around a unique pair of spokesmen – Royal (Roy) and Shelly Redd. Also known as The Vacation Crustaceans, Roy and Shelly are colorful crustacean finger puppets who will provide stories and commentary promoting Gulf Coast vacations.
