Author Hadiah SetepenRa reveals the benefits of mindfulness practice in her debut publication, “Yes Speak to Our Hearts, Holy Spirit - Through Our Daily Practice of Listening, Recognizing, and Using Your Unlimited Gifts and Power” (published by Xlibris). Having been a practitioner herself for many years, she shares how one can utilize simple faculties that are readily accessible to tap into the realm of the self and unlock one’s happiness.
"Yes Speak to Our Hearts, Holy Spirit - Through Our Daily Practice of Listening, Recognizing, and Using Your Unlimited Gifts and Power" is a gift and a tool that aims to guide individuals to pay more attention to their inner thoughts, their outer behaviors and how they affect their lives and the lives of others. It contains prayers, songs, chants, stories and a guide to meditation practice that will help practitioners manipulate their spiritual energy center or chakra to assist them in approaching situations towards a positive outset. By utilizing these gifts, according to SetepenRa, practitioners will become more receptive of the flow of divine energy that breathes in everyone. This practice of living in the present moment is the key to tapping into one's happiness.
"Everything is energy and all energy has its unique vibration," says SetepenRa. "Through the simple faculties of listening, observing and being wholly where you are at any given moment, you will be able to experience the unfolding of the power that is all around us through the grace of the Holy Spirit that dwells in each of us."
An easy-to-follow guide to spirituality, “Yes Speak to Our Hearts, Holy Spirit - Through Our Daily Practice of Listening, Recognizing, and Using Your Unlimited Gifts and Power” is an enlightening read that helps unlock the true potential that lies in everyone.
