The special five-course dinner highlights the best of Nova Scotia cuisine and was crafted by Maritime Chef Bryan Corkery & Jon Geneau. The five-course dinner starts with mouth watering South Shore oysters and finishes off with a scrumptious intimate dessert. Ingredients for the dinner come from a 50-mile radius of the downtown Halifax restaurant.
