“The local real estate community seemed to be impressed with the outcome of the auction and many registered bidders expected the land to sell for under $1,000 per acre,” said Shuman. “As a result of the auction we have now been asked to look at several other parcels of land for potential auctions; it was a great way to introduce the auction division of Hall and Hall.”

Located in the highly sought after Paradise Valley, this rare property encompasses an unhindered panoramic view of an incredible alpine wilderness and offers matchless privacy within walking distance of a highly desirable mountain community. This auction will be followed by a 2,440 acre auction on July 28, 2011 near Toston, MT that will be offered in four tracts. For more information contact Scott Shuman, at 1-800-829-8747.
