BROOKFIELD, Wis. (PRWEB) February 25, 2013
Hammes Company, one of the nation’s leading healthcare consulting firms, today announced that Mark Coughlin and Lindsley Withey will be featured speakers at the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Congress on Healthcare Leadership, to be held March 11-14 at the Hilton Chicago/Palmer House Hilton in Chicago. The annual conference, expected to draw 4,500 attendees, focuses on advancing healthcare management excellence.
Mr. Coughlin and Ms. Withey’s 1.5 hour presentation, “Successful Strategies to Align Physicians with a Strategic Ambulatory Plan” will take place March 13 at 4:15 p.m. in Room #102A, Northwest 2, Lower Level, Hilton Chicago. During this seminar, the audience will be provided with analytical tools to assess the physician environment, a decision framework to prioritize and target physicians with which to align, and successful strategies and tactics to achieve that alignment in a “mixed model” environment that includes both employed and independent physicians.
"Hammes Company looks forward to joining the members of this year's Congress on Healthcare Leadership to share successful strategies we've learned in our long history as a leader in ambulatory planning," said Mr. Coughlin. "The tools and strategies which we will present are certain to offer a wide variety of valuable information to attendees representing diverse operating models."
